Ingredients
1 cup porridge oats
1 cup oat bran
¾ cup oat flour
½ cup ground hazelnuts
½ cup linwoods
1.5 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1 ½ cups hazelnut milk
1 cup soya yoghurt
Squeeze lime juice
2 tsp groundnut oil
Mix the dry ingredients
Add in the wet ingredients and mix well, pour into greased and floured tin
Bake for 50 mins at 190 until hollow sounding underneath.
Wrap in towel until cool
